My mission is to help tech engineers confidently step into their leadership roles—without overwork or burnout.Back in 2018, I moved from Romania to the USA with my spouse, leaving everything behind. I’ve worked in the tech industry for 11 years, starting at a small company and transitioning into medium and large corporations. I navigated corporate policies and work styles in companies of all sizes.I know how overwhelming leadership can feel in the beginning—especially without formal training.I began my career as a Software Developer and later transitioned into roles such as Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Project Manager, and Software Engineering Manager.I’ve led multigenerational teams and worked directly with stakeholders from top Fortune 40 companies.
My teams and clients consistently valued my work and were looking for more opportunities to work with me again.
But like many of us at the beginning, I thought working harder and proving myself would make me a great leader. I was still trapped in the individual contributor mindset.
